Flyers, certificates, invitations, theses, powerpoint presentations and resumes are prepared to your satisfaction. We use modern office equipment - laptops, transcribing machines, scanners and printers.

Mary has many years of experience as a Specialist Medical Secretary and has also worked in a variety of positions in the banking sector. As well she has developed and managed two successful small businesses so is in a position to understand fully what other business owners require from an administrative, professional and marketing point of view.

Mail Merging can be used to inform your customers of new promotions, specials, address changes, reminders and subscriptions. S&M Secretarial takes care of everything for you, right down to posting your snail mail.

Fax handwritten documents to us and we can email them back to you ready to be printed, saved to disk or edited and updated by yourself. Personal pick up and delivery of your office work is also no problem. Reports and letters can be printed on your personal letterhead and returned to you ready for signing.
